ADA Seating

ADA seating is available upon request. If anyone in your party is in need of ADA seating, please inform the Ticket Representative at the time of your purchase. Disability seating is located on the concourse behind selected sections. Please enter the stadium through the VIP Entrance where there is an elevator to take patrons to the concourse level.

Alcohol Policy

Illinois state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Fans wishing to purchase alcohol at Boomers Stadium must show proper identification to the Boomers Security Staff and get their hand stamped upon entering the stadium.

ATM

For your convenience, there are two ATM machines in Boomers Stadium. ONe is located on the concourse level behind home plate (adjacent to Fan Information), and one outside the Boomers Team Store on the first level.

Autographs

Fans are welcome to ask players for autographs before and after games. Team autograph sessions are scheduled to be held after every Sunday game, courtesy of Wintrust Community Banks.

Baby & Toddler Tickets

Children two years of age and younger who do not require a seat, do not require a ticket.

Bags

All bags entering Boomers Stadium are subject to inspection.

Concessions

There are a variety of food options available at Boomers Stadium. New to the lineup this year is the "Mac Shack" where fans can purchase Mac 'n Cheese creations.

Coop’s Kids Corner

Coop’s Kids Corner is a playground located behind the Left Field Party Deck. There’s a bounce house, giant slide, and more! Admission is FREE and open through the 7th inning each game.

Elevator

The public elevator is located directly behind home plate. Patrons unable to take the stairs to the concourse may enter through the VIP Entrance and take the elevator to the second level.

Exchange & Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be offered. All sales are final.

Fan Information

Fan Information is located on the concourse level behind home plate and Section G. A Boomers staff member will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

First Aid

Medical personnel will be available at Boomers Stadium during every game. If you are in need of medical attention, please alert the nearest Boomers staff member, or proceed to Fan Information.

Foul Balls

Please be alert for foul balls leaving the field of play at all times. For your safety, there is a protective netting in front of Sections E-K. Families with small children are encouraged to request seating behind the net. The Schaumburg Boomers, Schaumburg Park DIstrict, and Village of Schaumburg shall not be held liable for injuries or loss of personal property or equipment.

Gates

Gates open one hour before the scheduled start time.

Lawn Seating

Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and guests are welcome to bring in blankets, chairs, strollers, etc. No coolers are allowed.

Lost & Found

During games, please visit Fan Information to inquire about lost items. To inquire about lost items following a game, please call the Boomers office at 847-461-3695

Merchandise

Schaumburg Boomers merchandise can be purchased at the Team Store located on the first floor or at the merchandise kiosk located on the concourse during games.

PA Announcements & Video Board Messages

Celebrating a special occasion at the ballpark? Let us help make it more special with an announcement during the game! Special PA announcements can be requests free of charge as time permits.Video board messages can be purchased for $20 to guarantee display by the end of the game. Make your requests at Fan Information by the end of the 4th inning.

Outside Food & Drink

Frontier League rules and Village of Schaumburg Health Code Regulations strictly prohibit outside food and drink from being brought into Boomers Stadium.

Parking

All parking at Boomers Stadium is FREE. Parking lots open an hour and a half before game time. There is no tailgating allowed at Boomers Stadium per Village of Schaumburg regulations. Handicapped parking is available for guest displaying the proper permit.

Rain Delays & Cancellations

Every effort will be made to play each Boomers game as scheduled. In the event of severe weather, please check the Boomers website at www.boomersbaseball.com for updates. If a game must be cancelled the Boomers website will be updated immediately and tickets may be exchanged for a ticket to any remaining regular season home game, based on availability.

Re-Entry

Fans needing to exit the stadium during a game may do so providing they bring their ticket stuf to show upon re-entry.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located along both sides of the concourse. There is a unisex Family Restroom down each baseline as well.

Run the Bases

All kids are invited to run the bases after each Boomers home game. At the end of the game, please line up down the first baseline, between Section A and the lawn.

Security

For the safety of all Boomers fans, security personnel are on site during all games. If you are in need of security, please alert the nearest Boomers employee, or proceed to Fan Information.

Smoking

There is no smoking allowed at any time within Boomers Stadium, per state law. Fans who wish to smoke must leave the stadium through the first or third base gate, descend to the bottom of the stairs to smoke at the curb level and use the smoking receptacle.

Tennis Ball Toss

Participate in the Meijer Tennis Ball Toss following the game by purchasing numbered tennis balls from our staff. After the game, you’ll be invited to throw your tennis balls at targets on the field to win prizes.

Water Fountains

For you convenience, there are three water fountain located on the concourse, behind Sections E, I, and N.
