Jake Joyce

Joyce has been on the roster longer than any player in franchise history as he enters his seventh season with the club in 2023. The franchise’s career leader in appearances enters his second season on the coaching staff, serving as Jamie Bennett’s pitching coach. Currently residing in the northwest suburbs, Joyce has appeared in at least 33 games in every season with the team. The veteran was initially signed by the Boomers after spending two years in the minor league system of the Washington Nationals out of Virginia Tech.
