SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — The Schaumburg Boomers are proud to announce Dr. Frederick Schuster and Total Athleticare as the Official Chiropractor of the Boomers.

“Dr. Schuster is a great supporter of local professional sports and we’re very excited to have the Total Athleticare team onboard with the Boomers,” said Boomers President/GM Andy Viano. “The fantastic new location is truly impressive and we wish Dr. Schuster nothing but continued success in Schaumburg.”

Coop the Boomer and Mayor Al Larson were on hand for the ribbon cutting last Saturday as Dr. Schuster and his team at Total Athleticare opened a brand new location at 999 Plaza Drive, Suite 115 in Schaumburg.

"My staff and I love working with the Schaumburg Boomers!” said Dr. Schuster of Total Athleticare. “It was great to have Mayor Larson and Coop the Boomer help us kick off our Grand Opening of the new clinic.”

Dr. Schuster has treated patients as a Chiropractic Physician since April 1996, after receiving his doctorate from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL and his Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. Dr. Schuster served as a paramedic/fireman in the Chicago Northwest suburbs for over ten years before entering Chiropractic School, and he is focused on improving the health of his patients using the latest techniques of chiropractic care, injury rehabilitation, and nutritional counseling.

The Total Athleticare staff also provides massage therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), and acupuncture. Dr. Schuster is a staff doctor at St. Alexius Hospital, and a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Illinois Chiropractic Society. In addition to working with the Boomers, Dr. Schuster also works closely with the Chicago Bandits Professional Softball Team.
