SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Schaumburg Boomers Owner/CEO Pat Salvi will be the guest speaker at the Schaumburg Business Association’s “Good Morning Schaumburg” event from 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10 inside the Schaumburg Club at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium located at 1999 S. Springinsguth Road.

Including the Boomers, Mr. Salvi and his wife Lindy own three baseball franchises. The Salvi’s entered the baseball business in 2008 when they purchased a 100% stake in the Gary SouthShore RailCats, a professional minor league baseball team that competes in the American Association of Independent Baseball. In February 2012, a few months after completing the purchase of the Schaumburg Boomers, the Salvi’s purchased a 100% stake in the North Shore Navigators, a summer collegiate wood bat team which competes in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

For over 28 years, Mr. Salvi has been the majority shareholder and managing partner of the prominent Chicago personal injury law firm, Salvi Schostok & Pritchard, P.C. He attended Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota where he received his Bachelor's degree, and then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame. He has published numerous articles in law journals, lectured at legal seminars, taught classes at universities such as Northwestern, Harvard and Notre Dame. He currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Notre Dame Law School.

Mr. Salvi is one of the most prominent attorneys in the country, consistently recognized with “Best Lawyers in America”, “Illinois Super Lawyer”, and “The Leading American Attorneys of Illinois." He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Saint Mary’s University and is the Law School Advisory Council Chairman at the University of Notre Dame.
