Post-Game Concert Leads Off All-Star Game Festivities
Tuesday, July 14th, the Schaumburg Boomers presented by Wintrust Community Banks will host the 2015 Frontier League Home Run Derby at 6:30 p.m., followed by a concert featuring award-winning Chicago area rock ‘n’ roll band Hi Infidelity™.
The event precludes the 2015 Frontier League All-Star Game hosted by the Schaumburg Boomers at Boomers Stadium the following night, Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m.
For six consecutive years, Hi Infidelity was voted as the Best Rock Cover Band in Suburban NiteLife Magazine's Best of the Burbs contest. The band has gained a substantial following in the Chicagoland area, recreating the ‘80s rock classics of REO Speedwagon, Journey, Bon Jovi, Boston and more.
Hi Infidelity prides itself on providing a total concert experience from start to finish, with a wide variety of songs and fans at each show. Boasting renditions of ‘80s classics and the best new music, Hi Infidelity on July 14 is sure to be the Boomers Stadium concert event of the season.
Frontier League All-Star rosters and Home Run Derby contestants will be announced the first week of July. An All-Star autograph session on the Boomers Stadium concourse will be held between the Home Run Derby and Hi-Infidelity concert. The gates at Boomers Stadium will open at 5:30 pm.
