Seven Home Games Round Out Busy June for Boomers

SCHAUMBURG, IL – The Schaumburg Boomers, presented by Wintrust Community Banks, continue their defense of the 2013 & 2014 Frontier League titles with seven home games rounding out an eventful month of action starting June 16.

Tuesday, June, 16 the Boomers return home and open a three game weekday set with the Frontier Greys by offering the first $2 discount day of the season. Groups of 50 or more receive tickets for just $2 each! June 17 the Boomers will be hosting Day Camp Day with an 11:00 a.m. first pitch and a special pre-game parade. June 18 the Boomers host another Thirsty Thursday with $2 Miller Lite drafts at select concessions locations.  

Following a brief weekend series against the Rockford Aviators, the Boomers return home for yet another Day Camp Day on June 23 against the Joliet Slammers. The Slammers first trip to Boomers Stadium this season continues June 24 with a 6:30 p.m. first pitch.

Thursday, June, 25 at 6:30pm versus Joliet is Strike Out Stroke Night, sponsored by Genentech and Amita Health Neurosciences!  Representatives will be available on the concourse to answer questions, provide awareness information and even conduct FREE stroke screenings at the game.  It only takes a few minutes and could save your life!  Join the Boomers on June 25 and help Strike Out Stroke! It is also a Thirsty Thursday, with $2 Miller Lite drafts once again available at select concessions locations.

The Boomers cap out the month with a three game set against the Frontier Greys which carries into the month of July. Miss the first $2 day? June 30 and July 1 are the next chances to save on groups of 50 or more before the Independence Day weekend and Frontier League All-Star Game July 15
