SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — The Schaumburg Boomers have signed right-handed pitcher Kade Linn to the 2026 roster.

A native of New Iberia, Louisiana, Linn joins the Boomers after spending the 2026 season with the Ogden Raptors of the Pioneer League. Prior to beginning his professional career, he pitched collegiately at Louisiana Christian University, where he appeared in 44 games over two seasons.

During the 2025 season at Louisiana Christian, Linn recorded 54 strikeouts in 41.2 innings across 24 appearances. He finished his collegiate career with 92 strikeouts while also gaining valuable summer collegiate experience with the Acadiana Cane Cutters of the Texas Collegiate League. In 2025 with Acadiana, Linn posted a 2.08 ERA with 28 strikeouts over 17.1 innings.

Linn brings a mix of collegiate success and professional experience to the Boomers pitching staff as the club continues to add depth for the remainder of the 2026 season.
