Tyler Lasch enters his season as the Schaumburg Boomers' Baseball Analytics Coordinator, bringing a strong background in player evaluation, data analysis, and player development.
A native of Southern California, Lasch played collegiately at CS Fullerton, Washington State, and Hope International University. During his collegiate career, he appeared in 132 games, batting .287 with 21 home runs, 77 RBIs, and a .913 OPS. He earned All-GSAC honors at Hope International, where he was one of the conference's top offensive performers.
Following his collegiate career, Lasch continued playing professionally, including time in the MLB Draft League, West Coast League, and independent baseball.
As Baseball Analytics Coordinator, Lasch assists the coaching staff with player evaluation, advance scouting, performance analysis, and the integration of data-driven insights to support player development and game preparation.
