Boomers Add OF Myles Beale to Roster
Schaumburg, Ill. — The Schaumburg Boomers have signed outfielder Myles Beale, who will begin his first season with the organization.
Beale joins the Boomers after a productive collegiate career at Northwood University, where he developed into a consistent top-of-the-order presence. Across four college seasons, Beale posted a .315 batting average with a .449 on-base percentage and a .478 slugging percentage. He totaled 255 hits, 21 home runs and 161 RBIs while scoring 220 runs and stealing 70 bases.
During the 2025 season, Beale turned in one of his strongest offensive performances, hitting .364 with a .505 on-base percentage and a 1.069 OPS. He recorded 80 hits, including 17 doubles and seven home runs, drove in 41 runs and stole 19 bases, continuing to show a blend of speed, power and plate discipline.
Beale also gained experience in summer collegiate baseball, appearing with Kalamazoo of the Northwoods League, adding versatility and additional at-bats against elite competition.
Defensively, Beale brings flexibility to the Boomers’ outfield. He has logged extensive time across all three outfield positions, with the majority of his collegiate innings coming in left field and center field.
Beale adds athleticism and offensive depth to the Boomers roster as he begins his professional career in Schaumburg.
