Boomers Re-Sign Livermore
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — The Schaumburg Boomers have re-signed infielder Tony Livermore for the 2026 Frontier League season.
Livermore returns to Schaumburg after appearing with the Boomers during the 2025 season, providing infield depth and versatility. He split time between Schaumburg and Tri-City, gaining experience at multiple infield positions while continuing to adjust to the professional level.
A Chicago native, Livermore played his collegiate baseball at Northwestern University, where he was a four-year contributor in the Big Ten. During his college career, he appeared primarily as a middle infielder and was known for his defensive reliability and approach at the plate.
