SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (2.26.26) — Pitcher Buddie Pindel is returning to the Boomers for the 2026 season. 

During the 2025 season, Pindel posted a 3.47 ERA with 83 strikeouts. He threw a complete game in his first appearance with the Boomers, setting the tone for his durability and competitiveness on the mound. 

Pindel joined the Boomers along with pitcher Caleb Ridel in August of the 2025 season as part of a trade with the Windy City Thunderbolts. Pindel was a key figure in the Boomers' playoff run. 

The Boomers look forward to his continued impact on the mound as the team builds towards another strong season.
