The Boomers were Berry’s third stop of the 2022 campaign and he made it a home, playing in 39 games after being obtained in a trade at the All-Star break. Berry reached base at a .353 clip and hit .282 to stretch out the lineup, homering three times and driving home 19. The California native made immediate impact with his new team, driving home three against his former team in his first two games with the Boomers. Berry collected four hits on August 3 and again on August 21 and notched 11 multi-hit performances.
