SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Getting the New Year started with a BOOM, the Schaumburg Boomers are gearing up for a spectacularly fun second season with Daily Promotions highlighted by discount nights, family fun and of course, fireworks!

The savings begin on Bring a Buddy Mondays where you save more based on the number of friends you bring with you to the park! For example, you and a friend can get tickets for $18 instead of $20 or you and three friends enjoy a Boomers game for $21 instead of $40, and better still six of you are admitted for just $24. Discount applies to box seats sold in advance only and the discounts cap at six tickets.

Kids Eat Free every Tuesday night at Boomers Stadium, continuing the trend of providing unmatched value with a prepackaged meal free for every kid 12 and under! Also on You Choose Tuesday we dedicate the day to our fans with the opportunity to decide important issues like what uniform the Boomers wear, what on field games we play, what food item we discount and much more – the possibilities are endless!

The savings continue on Wednesday evenings in 2013 so join the Boomers for Half Price Wednesdays with (as the name suggests) half price box seats plus select food and merchandise items discounted too!

On Thirsty Thursdays all season long the Boomers will have $2 beer available at select locations throughout the park so stop on by after work and celebrate happy hour with us!

With 12 fireworks dates in 2013, Fireworks Fridays are back and better than ever. You’ll hear the “Boom” following an evening of fun with the Boomers with eight exciting shows on a Friday, three consecutive days of fireworks from July 3-5, the first-ever Boomers Saturday show on August 3 and of course Fan Appreciation Day on Thursday, September 5 to complete the lineup.

Saturdays in the Park will look a little different week-to-week but rest assured it will be a can’t miss day with a variety of interactive, special or wacky promotions, so stay tuned to www.boomersbaseball.com as the Boomers will announce the promotional schedule in waves in the coming weeks. For now, all we can say is there’s a lot of fun, unique stuff in the works so get excited!

While Boomers Stadium is always a family-friendly environment, we’re going all out on Family Sundays to make it a day for the whole family. Everyone is welcome to stick around for postgame autographs. Fans can purchase a Sunday Family Pack consisting of four tickets, four hot dogs and four sodas for only $29 – a $61 value and Coop’s Kids Club members receive a free lawn ticket. Don’t forget the chalk – Parents bring some sidewalk chalk along with your kids on Sundays to help decorate our concourse and if a game of four square or hopscotch breaks out, please let Coop the Boomer play too!
